- Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, especially if we suspect fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
- Accuracy of Information: We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are entirely error-free.
Since we specialize in custom T-shirts, please note the following regarding our products:
- Color & Print Variations: Colors displayed on your monitor may differ slightly from the actual printed product due to screen calibration and the nature of Direct-to-Garment (DTG) or screen printing. Minor variations in print placement (±1 inch) are normal and not considered defects.
- Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload or request printing of designs that contain:
- Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment.
- Copyrighted or trademarked material you do not own or have explicit permission to use.
- Illegal, obscene, or defamatory content.
- Right to Reject: TeeGeez reserves the right to reject any custom design that violates our Prohibited Content policy, with a full refund provided if the order has not yet entered production.
- Currency: All prices are displayed in [CAD / USD – specify your default] unless otherwise stated.
- Taxes: Applicable local, provincial, or national taxes (e.g., GST/HST in Canada, VAT in the EU) will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify product prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid.
- Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
- Processing Time: Custom T-shirts typically require [3–7] business days for printing and quality control before shipping.
- Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided by our shipping carriers (Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, DHL) but are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, customs, or carrier issues are beyond our control.
International Customs & Duties: For orders shipped outside of Canada, the buyer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. TeeGeez is not responsible for delays or seizures by customs authorities.
Because our products are made-to-order, our return policy is specific:

Lost in Transit | If tracking shows the package as lost, we will work with the carrier to resolve it and will resend the order or issue a refund. |

- Our IP: All content on this website (logos, text, graphics, code, and original designs) is the property of TeeGeez and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.
- Your IP (Custom Designs): By uploading a design, you warrant that you own the copyright or have explicit permission to use the artwork. You grant TeeGeez a limited, non-exclusive license to reproduce your design solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold TeeGeez harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your infringement of a third party’s intellectual property rights.
If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- All activities that occur under your account.
- Notifying us immediately at support@teegeez.shop of any unauthorized use or security breach.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TeeGeez, its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:
